Summer Time Excitement
Once upon a time, Rescued Wine was born from an idea to combine a love for candles, wine and rescue animals. This summer we attended two of our favorite gift shows, NYNOW and America’s Mart Atlanta. Between gift shows, filling wine bottles with wax and filling orders, we also attended our local hometown’s weekly street fair, Truckee Thursday’s.
While Summer 2018 proved to be a REALLY busy one, we wanted to take a moment to thank Truckee Thursday’s and all of its patrons, the NY Now 2018 Summer Market and America’s Mart.
During mid-August, we flew our candle stand to New York City for NY Now Summer Market, held in the Javit’s Center. We featured our new candle collection, The Craft Collection, and we ended up as a candidate for The Best New Product Award. Our beer candles stole hearts just like they stole ours.
America’s Mart started our summer with a bang in July, this was our 7th year attending the market in Atlanta.
We look forward to ending our summer with ease and excitement. We’re so excited to work with our new retailers and partners to continue spreading the Rescued Wine mission across the country. This fall we’ll continue to focus on giving back to animal rescue organizations by producing handcrafted repurposed wine bottle candles WITH LOVE.
