Lead Time & Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Since all of our candles are hand-poured and made fresh from our studio to your doorstep, please allow us up to 48 hoursto ship your order. Our goal is to process all orders as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.

Sales Tax

Only orders shipping to addresses within California are subject to a sales tax of 7.875%


Shipping

Orders are shipped via UPS to addresses in the United States and Canada. Orders must be shipped to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes, please). For additional shipping options to Alaska and Hawai'i, please contact us at (530) 587-7947 or email us at info@rescuedwinecandle.com

Upon shipment, UPS Ground service takes an average of 2-7 business days depending on your location. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

 

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please call us at (530) 587-7947 0r email us at info@rescuedwinecandles.com as soon as possible within 15 business days of receipt. We will be more than happy to assist you.

Returns are accepted within 15 business days for a full refund or exchange and must be accompanied by the original receipt. We do not accept returns or exchanges on candles that have been opened, used or altered. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale items. For any questions regarding returns, please contact us.

Damaged Goods

 While we do our very best to make certain that your merchandise arrives safely, we have no control over the handling of your package once it leaves our studio. In the unfortunate event that some of your merchandise is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours at (530)587-7947. Please do not discard the damaged items until speaking to us so that a claim can be filed with the shipping company.
